   • Helps wavering souls get their spiritual feet on solid ground.

     • A regular meeting place 50 adults or more attending the church. An active calendar of evangelism and assimilation. An adequate office with secretarial support. One pastoral staff member for every 75 people Ministries in small groups sufficient to accommodate a growing number of people.
     • A ministry grid that addresses the needs of church life.
