The Mission Statement of Pastor Ken Alford

My ultimate purpose in life is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, Who glorified His Father by dying for me.  Without shame and with complete confidence that nothing done by Him is wasted, I choose to see Him replicated in me in all that I do.  My imperfections and shortcomings serve as no excuse for neglecting this worthy pursuit.  Whether strangers, soldiers, athletes, students, parishioners, or family members interact with me, I desire all to perceive a strong and spiritual resolve to do the Father's will regardless of the cost.  By faith my life intends to be the development of a heart after Him that serves as an eloquent sermon preached with power borne out of Divine love.  The question is not "Can I do what I want?” but "Is this what God wants?"  The monorail of my actions is the exaltation of Christ.  My life is committed to spiritual battle that extends the territory of God into the moral wastelands of my world.  The church He loved and for whom He died is the focus of my endeavors.  I remove distractions that tangle and hinder.  Whatever I do, with whomever I interact, I am representing the supreme authority of love and holiness.  Jesus is my life!
